 The Willows Inn & Resort is located in scenic Charlestown, Rhode Island on historic route 1A.  The Willows is a 15 acre estate nestled right on Foster Cove, a salt water pond.  The Willows has a rich history dating back more than 80 years!

 The Willows Inn & Resort is located in scenic Charlestown, Rhode Island on historic route 1A.  The Willows is a 15 acre estate nestled right on Foster Cove, a salt water pond.  The Willows has a rich history dating back more than 80 years!  Your hosts The Duhamel family has owned and operated this Inn & Resort since it’s humble beginnings and the fourth generation is currently serving its guests.

Cancellation Policy

 

Standard rooms:

  • Cancelled more than 10 days prior to arrival date – $38.00
  • Cancelled Less than 10 days prior to arrival date – First night including applicable taxes.
  • Reservations made less than 10 days prior to arrival – First night w/taxes.
  • **Sorry, absolutely No Refunds Due to Early Check-Out**

Cottages/ Apartments:

  • Cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival date: Refund Deposit less $175. Cancel Fee.
  • Reservations made or cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date: Lose Deposit.
  • **Sorry, absolutely No Refunds Due to Early Check-Out**

All other units with kitchens other than Cottages/Apartments:

  • Cancelled more than 21 days prior to arrival date: $100 Cancellation Fee.
  • Reservations made or cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date: Lose Deposit.
  • **Sorry, absolutely No Refunds Due to Early Check-Out**

In the event that you must cancel your reservation

  • After the cancellation date has passed, the deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
  • Any change is considered a cancellation and follows the same policy as a cancellation.
  • Due to the nature of the demand for accommodations, especially units with a kitchen, Cancellation Policies have been carefully formulated to be fair to all parties concerned. Please carefully review the applicable policy before booking your accommodation.

Cancellation Policy for Holiday & Special Event Periods:

  • Cancellation notice date is fifteen (15) days for units without kitchens, twenty-one {21} days for units with kitchens, for a deposit refund less the cancellation fee $75.00 for standard motel units, $200. for units with kitchens.>
  • After the cancellation notice date has passed, the full amount of the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Any change is considered a cancellation and follows the same policy as a cancellation.

Weekly Rate Deposit Policy
All units enjoying a discounted weekly rates require a deposit for half of the total balance including tax. In order to receive a deposit refund you must cancel before the allotted “less than” loss time specified for your unit above

After the cancellation date has passed, the full amount of the deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable. Any change is considered a cancellation and follows the same policy as a cancellation. Transfers to other dates are prohibited.
